of anxiety and enhancing my skills."

The course is very well structured. It starts with an overview of anxiety disorders, moves through the research and various treatment modalities, and finishes with practical applications that can be directly used in therapy sessions.

The cognitive strategies modules were particularly useful for me. They provided specific, actionable techniques that I will definitely use in my practice. These tools are not just discussed in theory; Dr. Anthony provides clear, step-by-step guidance on how to implement them effectively.

I also liked that the course addressed cultural perspectives and working with diverse populations. I found the information on working with children helpful, as I work with children in my practice.

"I have an extensive background in anxiety training and treatment and still found the course quite helpful."

I really liked the course. It was well-structured and detailed,
with a strong foundation in research. The content provided a beneficial
overview of evidence-based treatment approaches, including a comprehensive
look at CBT, as well as mindfulness based approaches, and motivational
interviewing.

I appreciated that Dr. Antony was dispassionate in that he
wasn’t wedded to any particular approach.

Additionally, I appreciated that the course included transdiagnostic
approaches, which are more practical for a clinician than staying current
with specific protocols for numerous diagnoses.

I am considering incorporating more targeted exposure treatment and
motivational interviewing into my work as I can see how beneficial they can
be.

"This course was highly educational and packed with useful information f or treating anxiety."

The course covered a lot of material and included a wide range of anxiety treatment strategies backed by extensive research. I especially liked how it reinforced what I already do in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

One of the most valuable parts for me was learning about the cognitive model of panic disorder. The structured approach of identifying internal and external triggers, understanding the perceived threat, and how it leads to anxiety helped me see how I could better help clients identify their emotions, thoughts, and triggers.

I also appreciated the detailed focus on strategies for managing catastrophic thinking and probability overestimation. I didn’t fully understand these before, but the way Dr. Antony explained them really made sense.

Other things that stood out were the information on improving sleep and circadian rhythms, and the role medications play in treating anxiety. The extra resources included in the course were a great added bonus.

I would definitely recommend this course to others. It provides a comprehensive, research-backed understanding of anxiety treatment and practical strategies for therapists to use with their clients.

"I'm almost through the course and don't want it to end."

I gained a lot from this course and wish it would continue, as I am eager to keep learning about treating anxiety.

My Master’s program covered a little about anxiety, but it lacked foundational information. It was great that this course covered everything from start to finish, explaining anxiety and the research and treatment methods.

The real-world examples and stories of treatment in action were extremely helpful.

I already tried a couple of strategies with a couple of clients, and they worked really well with one client. I’ll need to refine my approach with the other client.

Thanks to the in-depth knowledge shared in this course, I not only learned new information but also fine-tuned techniques I was already familiar with.

Overall, it was a well-rounded course that I would highly recommend. I wish I had access to this course when I first started practicing.
